§ 156.462 GRADING.
   (A)   Parking lots shall be properly graded to allow for drainage of surface water in an approved manner as to keep the parking area free of water and ice.
   (B)   Drainage plans are to be approved by the City Engineer and Public Works Department prior to issuance of a building permit.
