Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Community Development Director or designee or the Land Use Authority in the approval or denial of a permitted use, conditional use or temporary use may, within 14 days after the decision is made, file an appeal of the decision to the Appeal Authority specifying the nature of the appeal and the grounds on which they are adversely affected.
