(A) The purpose and intent of establishing the 900 North/Main Street Planned District is to address a very specific area of the city which is located at the crossroads of North Main Street and 900 North Street, State Route 13 and State Route 38.
(B) The Planned District is intended to create a zoning district that can be a productive and vibrant location for promoting businesses and jobs.
(C) The Planned District site is bound by Main Street on the west, 900 North Street on the north and 100 East on the east. (See Exhibit “A”, legal description and site map, attached to the ordinance codified herein, as illustrated in § 156.324.)
