(A) The provisions of § 90.035 of this chapter shall not apply and no city license is required for licensed dogs whose owners are non-residents, temporarily up to 30 days within the city.
(B) The exempt licensed dog(s) count toward the maximum number of allowed dogs per residence as described in § 90.039 of this chapter, even though it is for a temporary time frame.
