§ 156.009 STATE AND FEDERAL PROPERTY.
   Unless otherwise provided by law, and only to the extent required by U.C.A. § 10-9a-304 or successor law, shall be construed as giving the Planning Commission or the City Council jurisdiction over properties owned by the state or the United States government.
