This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Brigham City Zoning Ordinance” and may be identified within this chapter and other documents as “the ordinance”, “this chapter”, “this Zoning Ordinance” or “this Land Use Ordinance”. This chapter shall be considered and may be identified as a city land use ordinance, as defined by the Act.
