§ 90.019 ANIMAL SHELTER PROVIDED.
   (A)   The city shall provide suitable premises and facilities to be used as the city’s Animal Shelter, wherein impounded animals can be adequately kept.
   (B)   The city shall also purchase and supply adequate food for all impounded animals.
