§ 90.017 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR ENFORCEMENT.
   In the enforcement of this chapter, all peace officers or Animal Control Officers or Animal Control Officials of the city are hereby authorized to enter onto the open premises of any person or entity to take possession of any animal in violation of this chapter.
