§ 90.015 ANIMAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The city has created the city’s Animal Control Division, a subdivision of the city’s Police Department, for the purpose of resolving animal related disputes in the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   The Department shall participate in the disposing of the same.
