(A) A canal company or a canal operator that owns or operates a canal located within the city shall ensure the city has on file, in the Department of Community and Economic Development and Public Works Department, regarding the canal company or canal operator:
(1) A current mailing address and phone number;
(2) A contact name; and
(3) A general description of the location of each canal owned or operated by the canal owner or canal operator.
(B) If the information described in division (A) above changes after a canal company or a canal operator has provided the information to the city departments, as identified, the canal company or canal operator shall provide the correct information within 30 calendar days of the day on which the information changes.
