§ 155.220 NOTICE TO VACATE A PUBLIC STREET OR MUNICIPAL UTILITY EASEMENT.
   For all proposed vacations of a public road or street or a municipal utility easement, or public utility easement, all notice and procedures as required and provided by the Act shall control.
