§ 155.216 LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   This subchapter is a land use ordinance of the city.
   (B)   All proposed amendments hereto and all land use ordinance amendment applications shall comply with the minimum noticing requirements for a land use ordinance amendment, as required and as provided by the Act.
