§ 155.203 SUBDIVISION OR PLAT NAME CHANGES.
   (A)   For all applications proposing to change the name of a subdivision or a final plat, the procedures, standards and requirements of the Act shall control.
   (B)   A plat amendment application shall be presented to the Department.
