For all owners proposing to exchange title (to complete a lot line adjustment), the procedures, standards and requirements of the Act shall control.
(A) If the proposed lot line adjustment affects a lot of record, a lot alteration application shall be presented to the Department.
(B) If the proposed lot line adjustment affects a recorded final subdivision plat, a plat amendment application shall be presented to the Department.
