§ 155.201 PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLIC STREET OR MUNICIPAL UTILITY EASEMENT.
   For all applications proposing to vacate a public street or municipal utility easement, the procedures, standards and requirements of the Act shall control. A plat amendment application shall be presented to the Department.
