§ 155.200 VACATING, ALTERING OR AMENDING A SUBDIVISION PLAT.
   (A)   For all applications proposing to vacate, alter or amend a recorded final subdivision plat, the procedures, standards and requirements of the Act shall control.\
   (B)   A plat amendment application shall be presented to the Department.
