A private driveway associated with any flag lot may provide access to another immediately adjacent flag lot; provided, an irrevocable access agreement is in place and established for both lots prior to approval, for either one or both lots, and the private driveway (staff portion) complies with all standards of this chapter. No private driveway shall provide access to any more than two lots.
