This subchapter provides standards for individual atypical subdivision street designs and lot configurations. These atypical street designs and lot configurations shall only be allowed by the Land Use Authority, as applicable, when the more accepted and standard street designs and lot configurations are determined to be either impractical or against the best interests of the city.
