§ 155.144 IMPROVEMENT COMPLETION ASSURANCE AND COMPLETION WARRANTY AGREEMENTS.
   To ensure the installation of all required subdivision landscaping and infrastructure improvements, as required, both the completion assurance and warranty agreements may include provisions related to completion and warranty releases.
