§ 155.127 LAND USE AUTHORITY REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   In addition to the review and approval standards provided by this chapter, the Land Use Authority, as applicable, shall find:
   (A)   The CSO is consistent with the various goals and provisions of the General Plan, and compatibility is provided with adjacent properties, uses and development;
   (B)   The subject property is suitable for a CSO; and
   (C)   There exists compliance of the proposed CSO with the purpose, intent, and objectives of the CSO option.
