§ 155.126 APPROVAL PROCEDURES AND APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   All CSO subdivision applications shall be required to follow the procedures of this chapter depending on the number of lots and dedications proposed.
   (B)   All subdivisions proposing to be developed with a CSO shall be reviewed, approved, approved with revisions or denied with findings of compliance, or non-compliance, by the Land Use Authority, as applicable for the number of lots and dedications, if any, proposed.
   (C)   In addition to the other application requirements of this chapter, a subdivision application proposing a CSO shall also provide an accurately scaled drawing identifying the required minimum front, side and rear yards as required by the zoning district in which the property is located for each proposed lot.
