§ 155.124 LOT SIZE AND REQUIREMENTS.
   In no event may any lot in a CSO be smaller than:
   (A)   That required for written feasibility approval from the Culinary Water Authority;
   (B)   That required for written feasibility approval from the Sanitary Sewer Authority;
   (C)   That required to comply with all development standards (including those for primary buildings and structures and accessory buildings and structures) required by the zoning district in which the subject property is located; or
   (D)   That required to meet the minimum setback requirements of the zoning district in which the subject property is located and to provide a building envelope of sufficient size, as recommended by the Commission and approved by the Land Use Authority. For the purposes of a CSO, the required lot frontage may be modified, as recommended by the Commission and approved by the Land Use Authority.
