§ 155.123 APPLICABLE ZONING DISTRICTS.
   A CSO may only be considered by the Land Use Authority for property located in the A-5, A-1, RR-5, RR-1, R-1-40, R-1-20, R-1-12, and R-1-10 Zoning Districts. The Commission is the recommending body to the Council, which is the Land Use Authority for the CSO.
