§ 155.120 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The cluster subdivision option (“CSO”) is provided to allow for subdivisions with clustering of lots with lot sizes smaller than that required by the zoning district in which the property is located.
   (B)   However, the total number of lots allowed shall not exceed that allowed by the zoning district.
   (C)   Cluster subdivisions:
