§ 155.102 EXPIRATION OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATION.
   After an approved no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units application has expired, a new no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units application shall be required. A new no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units application shall comply with all applicable application and procedural requirements and ordinances.
