§ 155.101 EXPIRATION OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATION.
   After an approved no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots application has expired, a new no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots application shall be required. A new no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots application shall comply with all applicable application and procedural requirements and ordinances.
