§ 155.100 RECORDATION OF A SUBDIVISION PLAT WITHOUT NECESSARY SIGNATURES.
   (A)   A plat does not create an approved subdivision unless the approved plat is signed by the following individuals and recorded in the office of the County Recorder:
      (1)   As applicable, the Mayor, representing the Council, or the Director, or an authorized designee, of the Director;
      (2)   All owners of record, or their authorized agents, shall sign and acknowledge the plat;
      (3)   The licensed land surveyor, providing the necessary certificates, as required by law; and
      (4)   The City Attorney. The City Attorney shall not sign the approved plat until all others, as required by this section, have signed, and acknowledged the plat, as required by this section.
   (B)   Any subdivision plat recorded in the office of the County Recorder without the signatures required by this section shall be determined to be an illegal subdivision and shall not be recognized in any way by the city.
