§ 155.097 DETERMINATION OF A COMPLETE NO-DEDICATION SUBDIVISION OF FIVE OR FEWER LOTS AND NO MORE THAN TEN DWELLING UNITS APPLICATION.

   An application shall be considered complete to being the review cycle when the following items are submitted:

   (A)   A completed Brigham City no-dedication subdivision plat application;

   (B)   Owner's affidavit and consent;

   (C)   Payment of application fees and engineering deposit;

   (D)   All listed items on the no-dedication subdivision plat application checklist;

   (E)   The number and size of paper copies for the DRT and Administrative Land Use Authority as identified on the application checklist; and

   (F)   An electronic copy of all plans in PDF format.
