(A) Final subdivision plats, when made, acknowledged and recorded in the office of the County Recorder, according to the procedures and requirements of this chapter, shall operate as a dedication of all roads, streets and other public places, and vest the fee of those parcels of land with the city for the use of the public for the uses named or intended by the final subdivision plats.
(B) The provisions of § 155.007(B) of this chapter shall apply, as applicable.
