§ 155.078 RECORDATION OF A PLAT WITHOUT NECESSARY SIGNATURES; NOT AN APPROVED FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   A final plat does not create an approved subdivision unless the final plat is signed by the following and recorded in the office of the County Recorder:
      (1)   As applicable, the Mayor, representing the Council, or the Director, or an authorized designee, of the Director;
      (2)   The Commission Chair;
      (3)   The City Engineer;
      (4)   All owners of record, or their authorized agents, shall sign and acknowledge the final plat;
      (5)   The licensed land surveyor, providing the necessary certificates, as required by law; and
      (6)   The City Attorney. The City Attorney shall not sign the final plat until all others, as required by this section, have signed, and acknowledged the final plat, as required.
   (B)   Any subdivision plat recorded in the office of the County Recorder without the signatures required by this section shall be determined to be an illegal subdivision and shall not be recognized in any way by the city.
