§ 155.074 DETERMINATION OF A COMPLETE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATION.
   An application shall be considered complete to begin the review cycle when the following items are submitted:
   (A)   A completed Brigham City final subdivision plat application;
   (B)   Owner's affidavit and consent;
   (C)   Payment of application fees and engineering deposit;
   (D)   All listed items on the final subdivision plat application checklist; and
   (E)   An electronic copy of all plans in PDF Format.
