§ 155.056 BUILDING PERMITS.
   The city’s Building Official shall not review, and shall not approve or issue any building permits for the subject property, or any lots proposed to be created, until a final subdivision plat is approved by the Land Use Authority, as applicable, and the approved final subdivision plat is recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
