§ 155.048 DETERMINATION OF A COMPLETE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATION.

   An application shall be considered complete to begin the review cycle when the following items are submitted:

   (A)   A completed Brigham City preliminary subdivision plat application;

   (B)   Owner's affidavit and consent;

   (C)   Payment of application fees and engineering deposit;

   (D)   All listed items on the preliminary subdivision plat application checklist;

   (E)   All items listed in § 155.047(B)(2);

   (F)   The number and size of paper copies for the Administrative Land Use Authority as identified on the application checklist; and

   (G)   An electronic copy of all plans in PDF format.
