§ 155.033 ACTIONS FOLLOWING A PRE-APPLICATION OR CONCEPT PLAN MEETING; PLANNING COMMISSION PRESENTATION (OPTIONAL FOR SOME SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   Following the pre-application meeting, and upon the applicant's request, the Department may present the information to the Brigham City Planning Commission ("Commission") at a regular Commission meeting as a discussion item only. The Commission may identify items the applicant should consider with a preliminary subdivision plat application.
   (B)   All concept plan applications for multifamily, cluster, planned unit development, commercial, or industrial subdivisions will be presented to the Commission for discussion.
