§ 155.033 ACTIONS FOLLOWING CONCEPT PLAN MEETING; PLANNING COMMISSION PRESENTATION.
   (A)   (1)   Following the concept plan meeting, the Department shall present the information to the city’s Planning Commission at a regular Commission meeting as a discussion item only.
      (2)   The Commission may identify items the applicant should consider with a preliminary subdivision plat application.
   (B)   Following the concept plan meeting, a preliminary subdivision plat application, a combined preliminary/final subdivision plat application or a no-dedication subdivision plat application, as applicable, may be filed by the applicant with the Department. At the discretion of the Department, a no-dedication subdivision plat application may be filed prior to the Department’s presentation to the Commission.
