(A) A property owner proposing to subdivide any land(s) located within the city shall schedule a concept plan meeting with the Department.
(B) The purposes of this meeting are to promote understandings of the city’s requirements for subdivisions, to obtain applications and required application materials and to review application procedures.
(C) Other information related to the proposed subdivision may be reviewed and provided to, or as requested by, the applicant.
