§ 73.001 STREET-LEGAL ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE USE.
   (A)   All public streets and highways within the jurisdictional limits of the city are designated as open for street-legal all-terrain vehicles, as defined in Utah Code.
   (B)   (1)   This designation does not apply to any individual operator of a street-legal all-terrain vehicle under the age of 16 years old.
      (2)   All operators of street-legal all-terrain vehicles on the city streets and highways must be 16 years of age or older and have obtained a driver’s license in accordance with the state’s Uniform Driver License Act, being U.C.A. Title 53, Chapter 3, or its successor statute.
   (C)   This designation specifically excludes any interstate freeway or limited access highway located within the boundaries of the city.
