All references to the Act, Utah Code or federal statutes, as provided by this chapter for the purposes of reference, understanding or clarity, shall be automatically revised and amended to reference successor laws, titles, chapters, sections and subsections of the Act, Utah Code and federal laws, as revised and amended from time to time. As the Act, Utah Code and federal laws are amended, such amendments affecting any procedural requirements of this chapter, including any figures, such shall be automatically amended to conform and comply with such act, Utah Code and federal law amendments.
