§ 155.005 APPLICABILITY AND AUTHORITY.
   Upon adoption by the Council, and its effective date of February 1, 2024, this chapter shall supersede the city’s previously adopted subdivision ordinance and shall govern the division of any lands located within the municipal boundaries of the city.
