§ 155.005 APPLICABILITY AND AUTHORITY.
   Upon adoption by the Council, and its effective date of 3-31-2020, this chapter shall supersede the city’s previously adopted subdivision ordinance and shall govern the division of any lands located within the municipal boundaries of the city.
