§ 155.004 ENACTMENT.
   (A)   The Council adopts this chapter under the provisions of the Act and all other authorities and provisions of state and federal statutory laws, and all common laws, as applicable.
   (B)   This chapter is a land use ordinance of the city, as authorized and identified by the Act.
