§ 155.003 FINAL PLAT REQUIRED BEFORE LOTS MAY BE SOLD OR TRANSFERRED.
   (A)   As provided by the Act, a final subdivision plat shall be approved, as required by this chapter and the Act, before such final subdivision plat is recorded in the office of the County Recorder, and lots are sold, or ownership transferred.
   (B)   For a subdivision of property located in any zoning district a development agreement, as provided by §§ 155.180 through 155.188 of this chapter, may be authorized and adopted, at the sole discretion of the City Council (“Council”).
