This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Brigham City Subdivision Ordinance”, identified within this document and other documents as “ordinance”, “the ordinance”, “this chapter”, “subdivision ordinance” or “land use ordinance”. This chapter is a city land use ordinance, as defined by U.C.A. §§ 10-9a et seq., as amended (“Act”).
