§ 72.020 EVIDENCE REQUIRED ON PARKING VIOLATIONS.
   The presence of any vehicle in or upon any public street in the city parked in violation of the city ordinance regulating the parking of vehicles, shall be prima facie evidence that the person in whose name such vehicle is registered, as owner, committed or authorized the commission of such violation.
