§ 154.085 RETENTION OF SPECIFIC RAINFALL EVENT.
   All new development or redevelopment projects, whose subdivision or site development application date is on or after 3-1-2020 are required to manage rainfall on-site and prevent the off-site discharge of the precipitation from all rainfall events of a specific rainfall event as detailed in the Public Works Standards.
