§ 154.081 CONTROLS REQUIRED.
   Long-term (post-construction) storm water control measures shall be required at all new and redevelopment sites. BMPs shall be selected, designed, installed, operated and maintained in such a way as necessary to protect water quality and reduce the discharge of pollutants.
