(A) The permittee shall allow any authorized employees and representatives of the city, representatives of the state’s Division of Water Quality, and representatives of the EPA to enter the site to which a permit applies at any time and to inspect the erosion and sediment control measures maintained by the permittee.
(B) The permittee shall also allow inspection of any records pertaining to the conditions of the permit. See § 154.045 of this chapter for further information on inspection authority.
