(A) The Director of Public Works or his or her designee shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the city holds an easement for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair, maintenance or any portion of the storm drain facilities lying within the easement, or the performance of any other duties pertinent to the operation of the storm drain.
(B) All entry and subsequent work, if any, on an easement, shall be done in full accordance with the terms of the easement pertaining to the private property involved.
