§ 154.043 BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.
   Any person connecting to the storm water system or developing a commercial or industrial site shall employ best management practices (BMPs) approved by the city. The BMPs may be structural and/or non-structural, depending on the needs of the site. The BMPs shall be designed to ensure that the quality and quantity of storm water released to the city’s storm water system meets the requirements of federal, state and local laws and regulations and the city’s UPDES permit, and will not exceed the designed capacity of the storm water system or jeopardize the integrity of the storm water system.
