§ 154.036 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to discharge non-storm water discharges including spills, illicit connections, illegal dumping and sanitary sewer overflows (“SSOs”) into the storm water system.
   (B)   The following discharges to the storm water system are exempt from the prohibitions of this section:
      (1)   Discharges regulated under a valid Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) permit from the state’s Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Quality; provided, compliance with all permit conditions are maintained; and
      (2)   Those discharges as listed under § 1.2.2.2 of the general permit for discharges from small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s).
