The Storm Water Drainage Utility Fund is established for the purpose of collecting fees from the residents of the city to establish a fund which will be used for the operation and maintenance of the city’s current storm water drainage system, as well as the construction of any additional storm water drainage facilities reasonably necessary to control storm water drainage and protect the residents of the city.
